First Dev houses minor inconveniences

Although Devereux Hall is arguably the most popular and historic residence hall on campus, it seems logistical common sense was thrown out the window in its current arrangement. I live in a single on the east side of the first floor of Dev. There are nine single rooms and 10 double rooms, housing 29 residents.
