Change in store for intersection: Plans underway to redesign West Campus Drive and 441 intersection

For the past year and a half, GCSU has been working with the Georgia Department of Transportation, as well as the city of Milledgeville, to install a new red light at the intersection of West Campus Drive and the 441 bypass.After originally being approved, many budget cuts and discussions about the light have led to the conclusion it is unnecessary.

Moving to Philadelphia can be an adjustment, but not for Drexel President John Fry, who said he feels like he never left.Despite almost eight years in Lancaster as president of Franklin and Marshall College, Fry said he maintained many old relationships and connections in Philadelphia, often making weekly visits to the city to meet with old friends.
