Our expat has been living in Copenhagen, Denmark, for a little under a week now, and it seems as if the city has received enough rain to be considered a rainforest.

Immediately after passing it, the promotion sign seized my attention, not suggesting, but in fact telling me I would soon visit the establishment. The restaurant sign, which reads “Lazy Fisherman,” has a picture of a bearded hillbilly sitting barefoot, holding a long fishing pole with a catfish on the end.

It seems like girls have all the fun, and it sucks. You often hear about “Girls Night Out,” while the guys are left to their own devices. Women have “Painting with a Twist,” where they can go drink wine with their girlfriends and learn how to paint “Slumber Parties,” where they drink, talk about men and buy sex toys and numerous other events aimed at female bonding.
