I recently discovered a newly-opened seafood restaurant on Kings Highway. Immediately after passing it, the promotion sign seized my attention, not suggesting, but in fact telling me I would soon visit the establishment.The restaurant sign, which reads “Lazy Fisherman,” has a picture of a bearded hillbilly sitting barefoot, holding a long fishing pole with a catfish on the end.

Mostly out of curiosity, I decided to experience the ancient practice of fasting. Knowing that it would be a bad idea to jump into it blindfolded, I did some research. I discovered the main benefit is the detoxification of organs.

Women have “Painting with a Twist,” where they can go drink wine with their girlfriends and learn how to paint “Slumber Parties,” where they drink, talk about men and buy sex toys and numerous other events aimed at female bonding.
